For all EU orders there is a flat rate of £9.95

For all International orders there is a flat rate of £11.95

Please note all international buyers are responsible for custom and duties charges.

RETURNS

I hope you love your purchases but should you need or wish to return items then please contact me as soon as possible about your return. Items have to be returned within 14 days of receipt unused, in original condition and packaging. Please ensure items are safely and securely packaged for return as I cannot be responsible for damaged items.

I offer a full refund if items are faulty or damaged upon receipt.

Please note all items are unique one off designs so I cannot offer a like for like exchange if an item is faulty or damaged. I am happy to offer a refund or exchange on another item to the same value or above.

Return Shipping costs

If an item is faulty or damaged on receipt I offer a full refund plus shipping costs. If you have changed your mind about the item return shipping costs are your responsibility.

Please get in touch via the contact form with any questions or to notify me of a return and I will provide details of a return address.

Care of your items

All items made here at Modern Millie Designs are made using either gold or silver plated and hypoallergenic surgical stainless steel findings.

To keep your jewellery looking nice avoid creams, oils and perfume near items.

Don't wear jewellery in the shower, bath, swimming pool or sea.

Keep items in a box when not in use to avoid tarnish.
